Surveying the Hill Country

How much will my survey cost?

The answer to this question is as varied as the individual parcels of land.  Each parcel has it's own separate characteristics and issues, consequently, there is no single answer.  Most surveyors base their fees on the field time necessary to complete the survey on the ground, as well as the office time required to research, calculate and draft the survey, and write fieldnotes for those parcels where they are required.

How long will it take for my survey to be completed?

Like the question of cost, the answer to this question is as varied as the individual parcels of land.  The time frame to complete the survey is most often dependent on the size and history of the subject property, and the work load of the surveyor at that particular time.

Simply contact us by phone or email (information found on the Contact Us page) and we will be happy to try and answer any survey related questions you may have.

If you are in need of surveying services, contact us with all of the information you have about the parcel of land you want surveyed as well as your address, email address, and telephone number. We will be happy to provide you with a proposal for the services you request.  We will need to have at least the address of the subject property.  Any additional information you may have such as a legal description, tax parcel number, current owner (if it is a parcel you are preparing to buy) and if an old survey is available, that would also be helpful to us in preparing a proposal for you.
